This song is a great beginning science song for children. Classifying animals – or just plain classifying anything – is a great study skill. It helps us compare and contrast and make connections between things. It seems easy, but it’s sometimes hard to separate the subject from the predicate, especially when they start throwing in clauses or shifting sentence order.
